![]() The tank and battery for the POWER - I bought together - the shop recommended the tank. I wanted the NEW tank for the clouds and the hit but only really wanted to use it at home and not "routinely" like I use the 30w. You add the nicotine to it and it dilutes to 3m strength. ![]() The juice in the NEW tank is a short-fill sweet flavour. I wasn't getting the clouds I wanted from it but it serves the purpose as a nicotine replacement. Straight out of the box this was an absolute pleasure to use but the first time I add new juice. I have tried to reset it by pressing the reset button and the up button but all that happens is the screen goes blank - I get no indication that anything has changed and the settings are the same when I check.Īny help would be appreciated. I was told to run it at 45w but that produces a burned taste and the heat. I lowered the temperature setting to 165c but I can't remember what it was when I bought it. Stupidly - I then went into the settings and I now have no idea what I have done. Surely the coil should last longer than a DAY and half a tank of juice! The Eleaf POWER was bought to provide me with a nice, cool experience with much more vape that I could enjoy of an evening at home. I use a smaller mod with a stronger nicotine content for my nic-fix. I left it in there for 15 minutes before using it and on the first couple of draws it felt like the coil was already burned out.Īt the next empty tank I changed the coil (I primed it well as I was shown in the shop) and by the end of the day I was getting that awful scorched taste and it felt hot to draw. Problems started when I refilled the tank (a Joyetech) with juice. Something else you would like me to review? Just let me know.I bought an Eleaf iSTICK Power last weekend and for the first couple of days it was a joy. Got any Questions? Have you purchased one too? Let me know how you’ve got on so far. I have it running on Ni mode, at 45 watts at 275c for my personal sweet spot. This has left me slightly devastated this week □ I am now using the Eleaf Istick 100w TC with my Aspire Triton 2 as my beloved Aspire Atlantis 2 has died on me(not sure why). Ni coils must NOT be run in any other mode as it can be super dangerous, lucky I’ve noticed nothing happening and switched back my mode before damaging anything, but I highly recommend locking your settings (by pressing both the up and down buttons together) once your all set up to avoid this. ![]() Watts are variable if you want to overlook temperature control sometimes and stick with your traditional mode of vaping.ġ Week update: It’s super easy to change into a different mode by accident! I’ve a few times gone from Ni mode to Ti which is not a good thing. Your potential wattage is between 1W and 120W with a temperature variation of 200 to 600 degrees in Fahrenheit. In this setting, you can vape along merrily knowing that the watts are under control. TC mode enhances safety because it does more than stopping the box from overheating, it gives you the ability to set a top value that won’t be exceeded. Switch from TC Nickel 200 to TC Titanium to stainless steel to Wattage or even bypass mode. I found mine quite stiff at first but with use it has eased up. As well as a lock on the buttons and on settings it also has a manual lock on the top too just in case you start pressing in your pocket/handbag. The fire button on this is the whole of the side, which I think, as it fits so nicely in your hand feels great. It can also run on just the one, but its best that you don’t. Each magnetic door is removable so that batteries can be removed for recharging. Here’s the battery compartments, it uses two 18650 high-drain cells positioned one at either side of the device. The paint seems to be chipping off of mine really easily though which is a little disappointing, but worth pointing out. The vape is super smooth and the flavour you can get out of this is off the scale. I’m pretty sure I now have the best set up I have ever had, to the point of jealousy from my fellow vaper who exclaimed “B*tch., that is so good!” (in the nicest possible way of course!) Wow, I’m loving it! I got thrown in a nickel temp control coil from the shop for my Atlantis II. It has multiple settings including temperature control, something I have not previously tried. So, whats the difference, well this new upgraded one already has a firmware update so straight away it can now reach 120 watts, big thumbs up, less strain on the old batteries. The firmware loaded onto the Eleaf iStick 100W TC can be upgraded by USB. (It turned out the old was fine, but better safe than sorry!) To be fair I thought I had a power problem with my original one so took it into my local shop to get looked at and so that I wasn’t without anything in the mean time, bought a new one. I was very naughty last week and bought the all new istick 100w tc.
